The Social Co are seeking a bright, creative individual to join their team as a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice.

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience with a variety of marketing tools and techniques, collaborate with talented individuals from across the business, and develop your skills to build a strong foundation for your future career.

In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job: Support the E-Commerce & Social Co team in creating marketing and E-Commerce strategy plus the launch of new products Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram reels and TikTok Review and update website content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance Collaborate with the wider marketing team to execute cross-channel campaigns Regularly analyse & report on performance through GA4 and third party reporting tools Work alongside the marketing team to develop ideas and strategies for email marketing campaigns Write and optimise blog posts Write product descriptions for SEO optimisation Assist the e-commerce team with website development and changes Identify opportunities for growth Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits: £14,500-£18,000 per annum Monday to Friday either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm but this will be revised for a 32.5 hours working week 28 days annual leave including the Bank Holidays Hybrid working 3 staff social events throughout the year 1 additional holiday to have your birthday off Bonus and incentive schemes Long term career path/Career progression opportunities Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Confident communicator Outgoing personality Fluent with different social media platforms A positive attitude Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and Grade 4/C in GCSE English Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Multi-Channel Marketer.
