Overview Digital Content Management – Vault PromoMatsLondon Note: this role can be based remotely from anywhere in the UK or the following European locations:– Spain, Portugal, Italy, France or Germany.
Our client is a global pharmaceutical organisation with an established portfolio of both branded and generic medicines.
They strive to ensure that their products are accessible to all across the globe, and work across a variety of therapy areas which include Oncology, Cardiovascular, Dermatology, Gastroenterology and many others.
Due to expansion, the Global Marketing Operations team are looking for an individual experienced in both digital content management and Vault PromoMats to ensure that this is used as efficiently as possible for key processes across the business.
This may include: – Digital assets.– Portals.– Multichannel content – such as approved emails and CLM.– Claim libraries.– References.
This role will serve as a SME across the business, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and developing training materials and other key documentation as required.
Monitoring the organisation's approach to content management will also be key here, and measured through defining key success metrics and regular performance reviews.
To be considered for this role, you will:– Have worked in a similar role in the Life Science industry for at least 5 years – with 3+ years in digital asset management.– Demonstrate Global Commercial and/or Marketing experience.– Hold a strong knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats.– Be confident working in a matrix environment.
