We have an exciting opportunity for an expert in Branded Content across digital platforms to join us on our Commercial Content Team.
This team is the conduit between Bauer Media Advertising's commercial teams and core content stakeholders (eg Programming, RAYO, Social, Video, Editorial).
The team reactively and pro-actively create best in class, innovative and deliverable branded content solutions that create impact for clients and consumers of our brands.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
About the Role: The Digital Commercial Content Director is a key part of Bauer's creative process driving revenue, reputation and results across our digital branded content offering.
You'll work with key stakeholders across Bauer Media's Brand Social Teams, Commercial Video Team, RAYO Content Team, Digital Design and Delivery teams, Commercial Programming, Creative Strategy and Commercial teams to lead the Branded Content Digital Strategy.
We're looking for someone to develop our digital / social / video branded content offering and drive excellence around our creative solutions, systems and processes.
You'll create digital ideas in response to client briefs and provide inventory planning and costing for digital content optimisation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the ideation brainstorms for the creation and optimisation of digital branded content in response to client briefs.
Invite relevant stakeholders and commercial teams to attend the brainstorms, capture agreed ideas and create inventory planning and costs for each idea.
Working with core stakeholders, lead the development of new branded content formats and packages across our digital properties using your market insight and expertise.
Create sales collateral for new digital branded content opportunities and present these internally and externally.
Input into RAYO, Video and Social commercial strategy alongside key stakeholders and identify gaps in market for new properties/opportunities in digital.
Work alongside colleagues in Commercial Content and Creative Strategy to look to extend audio / publishing client campaigns across multiple digital platforms to provide trackable and tangible results.
Work alongside commercial teams (Sales, Creative Strategy, Insight/Research, Planning) to ensure digital creative is properly represented and sold (media and costs) on all relevant briefs.
Use your knowledge of the latest digital technologies and trends in the creation of innovative branded content campaigns.
Host / input into creative workshops internally and with clients to showcase best in class digital branded content.
Ensure digital ideas are deliverable and that there is a smooth transition for each campaign from pitch to booking and into Project Management.
Be the go-to digital expert in branded content, continually looking for new ideas and solutions to take to market and new ways to improve how we work.
What We're Looking For: Relevant amount of director-level experience working in digital branded content at a media owner / media or advertising agency.
A good understanding of the evolving digital branded content landscape.
Experience presenting ideas to clients.
A great relationship builder – in order to be successful you'll need strong and effective relationships with a wide range of people across the business.
Experience leading creative sessions / brainstorms.
The ability to manage a busy workload in a time-pressured environment.
A solutions-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
Able to make confident and well thought through decisions quickly.
