The Role The Digital Analyst is a key member of OASIS Group's digital team, responsible for delivering data-driven insights that support the delivery of innovative digital solutions to our clients.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Digital Analyst leverages performance data, market research, and customer feedback to enhance and optimise our digital offerings.
A significant aspect of this role involves conducting thorough investigations and research to validate digital strategies and initiatives.
This position is essential for ensuring the success and scalability of our digital partnerships and supporting the overall digital strategy to enhance client satisfaction through informed, evidence-based decisions.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysist & Insights: Analyse digital solution performance and client engagement metrics to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for enhancement, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Research & Validation: Conduct in-depth research and investigations to explore new digital opportunities and validate existing strategies, ensuring that our solutions meet client needs and market demands.
Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitor products and strategies to identify market opportunities and threats, informing our strategic positioning and product offerings.
Product-Market Fit Analysis: Assess product-market fit to inform strategic decisions, including evaluating which initiatives to continue or discontinue, ensuring optimal alignment with market needs.
KPI Tracking & Reporting: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital solutions, developing clear and comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Feature Prioritisation: Assist in prioritising solution features and enhancements based on data insights, research findings, and client feedback to optimise digital offerings and achieve business objectives.
Collaboration & Optimisation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and external partners, to integrate data insights into broader business strategies and identify opportunities for optimising digital solutions.
Sales Funnel & Renewals Lifecycle (Desired): Understand and analyse the sales funnel and renewals lifecycle to drive more organic growth, complementing acquisition strategies.
Candidate Requirements Education and Experience: Preferred but not essential: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a research, analysis, or business intelligence role, preferably within a business that sells or licences business to business (B2B) digital products.
Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and conduct thorough research and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Experience working in environments that prioritise client-focused digital solutions.
Skills: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using analytical tools and software, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Research Skills: Skilled in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, including competitor and market analysis to inform business strategies.
Reporting & Visualisation : Ability to create clear and compelling reports, presentations and visualisations to effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
