Development Officer

Job Description We are recruiting a Development Officer to join a large council in West London within the Regeneration, Development, and Asset Management service.
This is a temporary role for a minimum of 12 weeks.
The pay rates for this role are: \n \n PAYE £274.93 \n Umbrella £350.00 \n \n This team is dedicated to delivering new homes and community infrastructure in line with the council's Building Homes and Communities Strategy.
\n Role Overview: The Development Officer will oversee one or more development projects with a focus on post-contract project delivery.
The value of these projects will range from £10m to £140m.
You will manage input from internal departments, as well as appoint and oversee external consultant teams, ensuring successful delivery through detailed design stages, construction, and handover.
