Job Description As Development Funding Relationship Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of Development Funding clients.
You will monitor the ongoing progress, assessment of stage drawdowns and monitoring of exit strategies for live projects, whilst acting as a Relationship Manager for existing clients.
You will be developing client relationships to leverage & assess additional lending opportunities will be a fundamental part of the role, whilst working alongside the Development Funding team to provide great customer service and customer outcomes.
As a Development Funding Relationship Manager, we are looking for someone to: Manage a portfolio of development funding customers including regular visits and consistent contact on a rolling programme.
This could include monitoring and assessing any outstanding loan terms and conditions, build programme & budget, sales and exit strategy, whilst highlighting, assessing and managing any emerging risk Develop and maintain strong relationships with a view to leveraging additional lending opportunities and providing an initial assessment and structuring of these Assess and process stage drawdowns upon receipt of the required professional certification within agreed SLA's Act as a high level point of contact for customers with issues or concerns and provide appropriate solution and strategy for the benefit of the business Actively keep up to date with market conditions - in order that strategies can be reviewed / realigned if changing market conditions dictate Qualifications Essential Experience within Property Development or Development Funding either in a Relationship Management, Underwriter or Lending Manager type role Technical knowledge of property development Ability to assess and structure a development funding proposal Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Additional Information Benefits working at Together 26 days holiday, and a day off for your birthday (increasing with service to 30 days), plus bank holidays Buy & sell holidays Discretionary annual bonus Matched pension contribution Life assurance Critical illness cover Health cash plan Private medical insurance Free access to company holiday homes Travel season ticket loans Ride to work scheme Free local gym access Local bar / restaurant discounts Together embraces diversity and inclusion, and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
