Job Title: Head of Organisational Design
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in Windsor)

This role offers a hybrid working model, with the expectation to be in our Windsor office 1-2 days per week.
As an Ajilon Consultant, you will work on-site with our client, receiving a competitive salary and benefits package.
Shaping the Future: Design and implement innovative operating models and organisational structures to enhance performance and drive growth across our business units and group functions.
Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations on operating model decisions.
Project Leadership: Lead strategic organisational design projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Capability Building: Upskill the People Function and broader organisation on organisational design best practices.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage conflicting priorities and engage with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
