Main duties of the job Working with and reporting to the Head of Delivery and Asset Management, the Development and Delivery Lead will support and deliver on all build projects across OneMedical Property (OMP).They will be responsible for all elements of the construction and build process, regardless if they are small and large build projects, new or existing premisses.
Therefore, it would be beneficial if the post holder is proficient in using visual software packages to produce presentation diagrams and early design concepts such as Sketchup, Rino, Photoshop, CAD, Revit or BIM.The Development and Delivery Lead will provide project management support and delivery for all new construction and properties undergoing sale and leaseback.
With a strong project management background and understanding of construction they will ensure each stage of the project is being managed in line with timescales agreed with key external and internal stakeholders.They will work with the wider OMP team as well as key external stakeholders to continue to develop and champion new ways of working within the build process, thinking outside of the box to deliver new build projects in more effective and efficient ways.
