We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will support students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensure they have access to high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the provision for students with SEN.
Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with diverse needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create individualized education plans (IEPs).
Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEN.
Provide training and support to staff on SEN best practices.
Ensure compliance with SEN legislation and school policies.
Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Requirements: Preferred but not essential Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognized SENCO qualification.
Proven experience in a SENCO role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
