With no fixed path, you'll discover new skills and forge a career that can take you anywhere.Your new role As the Deputy Payroll Manager, reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, you will have a challenging and varied role in managing their payroll operations across EMEA.
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead all aspects of both UK and international payroll processing, ensuring flawless and timely payroll for approximately 1,800 UK and 30 international employees.
You will work closely with managed service payroll providers to manage pay, maintain compliance and deliver excellent service.What you'll need to succeedExtensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing with proficiency in interpreting and applying payroll rules and regulations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of GPP schemes and pension administration.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex payroll data effectively.Desirable Skills Working Knowledge of ADP iHCM and Workday.
Experience in benefits administration and pension schemes is advantageous.
A background in a media or digital environment is a plus.
