The Deputy Park Manager needs to be commercially and financially astute and be able to run the business when the Park Manager is out of the business.

Excellent customer service and engagement skills? Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards? Tech savvy? Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications ? IOSH qualification desirable ? A background in a service-led industry is desirable, such as adventure parks, leisure parks etc.
