Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a nursing home or similar setting.
RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification.
Solid understanding of regulatory standards relevant to nursing homes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding nursing care by engaging with residents to understand and meet their individual needs.
Identify and manage referral pathways for safeguarding concerns and abuse cases.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with external care professionals, residents' families, visitors, and the team.
Encourage resident and family involvement in the development, agreement, and evaluation of personalised care programs.
