Along with providing general nursing care at this facility, youll get the chance to: Work alongside your Nurse Manager, Gain experience with administrative duties, Assist with interviewing new staff, Help to onboard new team members, Liaise with RQIA, And act as the Home Manager in their absence!
The facility is medium-sized, caring for dementia and general nursing care requirements.
Im ideally looking for someone with experience working in nursing homes and a passion for elderly care.
It would also be helpful if youve had experience working as a Senior or Charge Nurse!
