West Croft School is a large rapidly improved, maintained school and nursery in the beautiful town of Bideford.Due to internal promotion, an exciting opportunity to join our Senior Leadership team has become available in the form of a Deputy Headteacher.
West Croft has been graded as 'good' in all areas by Ofsted, with the inspectors stating that 'staff provide pupils with a rich variety of experiences which strengthen independence and build character'.You will be inspirational and highly motivated.
You will have the skills/experience/ability to:Communicate expectations and clarity of procedures to all stakeholders;Need to be a skilful communicator and be able to manage challenging situations to achieve the best outcomes;Be an excellent leader with the vision, energy and commitment to support all aspects of school leadership;Be self-motivated and have excellent organisation and communication skills;Have high expectations and a commitment to raising standards and achievement;Have the ability to motivate, inspire and lead others;Work with the Headteacher to ensure the school's management is effective and delivers and drives the vision for the school by working closely with the Safeguarding and Pastoral teams.
