We are looking for a deputy general manager to join a hugely successful £multi-million company at their new opening in Bath .
So an amazing opp o rtunity to join them at the start, help to recruit your own team and work in a very impressive restaurant that includes a brand new kitchen.
It will also suit a strong assistant manager keen to step up.

Experience as a deputy/assistant general/restaurant manager in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail A strong people manager with the ability to lead and train & motivate a team to deliver results Sales building skills Deputy General Manager - you will: Manage all day to day operations alongside the GM, including people, stocks & finances - the P & L Recruit, train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front Maintain high standards of customer service Ensure all compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to Drive sales to maximise profitability Apply today Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
