Dental Reception Manager & Referrals Coordinator

We are looking for a Reception Manager & Referals Coordinator to a large and busy private dental practice located in Westminster, London.
Full time, permanent contract.
41.25 hrs per week, Mondays to Fridays 8.30am -5.45pm As a Reception Manager you will lead and supervise reception staff, induct new reception staff, arrange and host weekly team meetings as appropriate, assess training needs and manager performance, look after staff and temp staff rota, approve or decline holidays in line with business needs.
You will be responsible for confidential and correct data management as well as for for creating and delivering monthly reports and updates with the management team.
As a Referals Coordinator you will respond to all new patient enquiries.
These enquires come from the website, Referral Hub, booking requests and implant surveys.
You will answer the referral emails and telephones, contact Referral patients to book consultations and liaise with referrers if needed, answer new patient enquiries and register/ book new patients via Exact, liaise with treatment coordinators regarding complex incoming referrals, bookings, and diary availability for their clinicians.
Desirable: MPC experience is desirable, but training will be arranged.
MPC is a reporting dashboard for finance, admin workflow performance and clinical reporting.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word, excellent communication skills, superior attention to detail: organisation skills and multi-tasking abilities Please apply with your CV and we will contact you to discuss further and arrange an interview
