As a Delivery Manager, you'll be at the forefront of agile practices, ensuring processes stay lean and effective while empowering the team to achieve high-quality results.
In this role, you'll facilitate the planning and execution of agile methodologies, fostering an environment where efficiency and collaboration thrive.
From sprint planning and daily stand-ups to retrospectives and backlog grooming, you'll drive productivity by tracking progress, monitoring dependencies, and fine-tuning development processes.
You'll be pivotal in creating and managing roadmaps, collaborating with project managers, sales, and technical teams to design solutions, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure seamless execution.
Your leadership will keep the team aligned with priorities, proactively communicate shifts, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Using project management tools like Jira, you'll maintain visibility on project status, manage daily tasks, and ensure documentation is comprehensive, passing on essential knowledge across the department.
Your QA insights will guarantee that our software meets quality standards, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
To thrive in this role, you should have over three years of experience with agile methodologies, be a strong communicator, and have the technical insight to navigate the software development lifecycle confidently.
If you're a certified Scrum Master or have experience with frameworks like Scrum, XP, or Kanban, that's a bonus.
