Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager Location: Northampton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £90,000 + 20% bonus (depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs.
This role involves managing complex, multi-stream projects with a focus on payments technology.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to plan, manage, and deliver change across a diverse and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: Planning Change: Develop business cases, build stakeholder relationships, and plan effectively for technology and business transformations.
Managing Change: Oversee governance, risk mitigation, and reporting while ensuring stakeholder alignment and approvals.
Delivering Change: Ensure project scope, budget, and timelines are met, manage dependencies, and close projects in line with governance standards.
What We're Looking For: Proven success in delivering complex projects in a matrixed environment, with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration.
Competency in project risk management, resource planning, and dependency management.
Desirable: Knowledge of the card payments or financial services industry.
PM or Agile certification.
