Job summary The mainpurpose of the role is to provide data support and administrative/telephone support.We are lookingfor a dedicated, flexible individual who will be responsible for providing data, administrative and telephony support for the Portsmouth Primary CareAlliance.
They should be able to work effectively as a team player andindependently utilising excellent time management skills.They must haveproven IT skills, with excellent excel knowledge, experience of cleansingdatabases and composing reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
They must haveexperience in a administrative/telephony based role and be able to provideexcellent customer service both over the phone and in written communication.
Excellentcommunication skills with an ability to communicate with a wide range of peopleis essential.
Main duties of the job Responsible for general admin and telephone duties and assisting in the provision of recurrent data requests in line with organisational requirements.
Task include: Cleanse databases and correct any inaccuracies.
Ensure correct and accurate input of information into databases and spreadsheets in a timely manner, and in accordance with timescales.
Collate data for reports using a range of sources as and when required.
To prepare reports for internal and external colleagues To prepare ad-hoc data requests for the Operations Manager and Head of Operations.
The production of routine and non-complex ad-hoc information report analysis.
Act as first point of contact for telephone calls Maintain efficient day-to-day office functions such as filing systems, databases, bring forward systems, training log and communication processes.
