Data Entry - 3 Month Ftc

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team based out of our office in Byfleet (KT14 7LF).
This position is a 3 month, fixed term contract.
Monday to Friday  8am - 4pm £14.40 per hour Hybrid working (3 days remote per week).
Start date: As soon as possible Responsibilities: Data Cleansing, Reporting and Data Manipulation Design and email a questionnaire to collate missing employee information Input responses into MS Excel  Data entry of individual data responses onto HR system (Templa CMS) Collating requested data for 3000 staff via line managers Chasing requested data from staff and line managers Validate and input responses accurately and efficiently Cleanse database ensuring consistency and accuracy of data Experience IT literate, with demonstrable experience of working with systems including CMS/databases Intermediate MS Excel (sort data/ filters, create reports, ability to sum information for analysis) Fast and accurate data entry skills Clear and concise communication skills Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
