Data Centre Account Manager Our client, a prestigious global HVAC company is looking for a skilled and driven Data Centre Account Manager with a strong background in HVAC and Process Cooling Equipment solutions.
In this dynamic role, you will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
To excel in this role, you will need to be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Your technical expertise in HVAC and cooling systems will enable you to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
Company Benefits Lucrative bonus scheme Company car (or car allowance alternative) Enhanced Pension Healthcare and Life Insurance Fantastic career progression opportunities 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical advice and support to customers, helping them select the most appropriate equipment solutions based on their specific needs, while regularly following up to ensure their ongoing requirements are met Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance advice, and coordination with the technical team for continued service Work closely with engineering and project management teams to design and tailor equipment solutions according to customer specifications.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to attract leads and convert them into successful sales Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports Align your personal performance with business objectives and bonus targets, integrating feedback from clients, stakeholders and management Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for business growth Skills and Experience: Possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC and Process Temperature Control equipment, including process chiller units and temperature control systems Engineering qualification or relevant applied experience in a related field is advantageous Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationship Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid UK driver's licence If you are an ambitious professional with a passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions, we would love to hear from you!
