D365 Project Operations Consultant

I am looking for an experienced D365 Project Operations Consultant to join my client's dynamic team.

In this role, you'll collaborate with Agile teams, maintain client relationships, and drive project success from design to deployment, all while ensuring the highest quality standards.
You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design using D365 and Power Platform.
Develop tailored solutions, incorporating best practices and third-party integrations.
Deliver user training and drive adoption of D365 functionality.
Manage solution deployment and ensure smooth transitions.
Produce and maintain high-quality documentation and deliver clear stakeholder communications.
Stay current with industry best practices, compliance standards, and Microsoft's guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on D365 experience (Sales and Project Operations a plus).
Proven experience in project management methodologies and consulting.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in training and mentoring team members.
Industry-specific knowledge is a plus.
