Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and penetration tests to identify and address vulnerabilities.
Manage and maintain core IT services, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Implement and manage endpoint protection solutions and security software to protect against threats.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring understanding and adherence to security protocols.
Conduct training sessions and create detailed documentation for IT processes and security protocols.
Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure and security to continuously improve the business's IT environment.
Ensure compliance with client security policies, including ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, policies, and procedures to support IT operations and security practices.
Implement security and infrastructure changes to IT systems with minimal disruption to operations.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets to ensure accountability and effective management.
Monitor and report on IT service performance against agreed service level targets to ensure optimal performance.
Create and maintain knowledge articles, manuals, and other documentation to support end-users and IT colleagues.
Provide second and third-line technical and security-related support for the IT Service Desk.
Manage and report on network, server, and security systems to ensure their optimal performance and security.
