We're seeking an experienced Team Leader and/or a Supervisor to lead our customs clearance operations and drive our growth initiatives.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Customs Operations Supervisor to oversee our remote customs clearance operations.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in customs procedures, coupled with proven leadership abilities.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow our operations while working remotely.

Important: This position requires permanent UK residency and right to work in the UK.
Why This Role Matters: Lead and develop our customs operations team.
Overall responsibility for day-to-day customs operations.
Shape and implement best practices in customs compliance.
Drive operational excellence in a modern, remote-first environment.
Build upon our existing AEO standards and maintain compliance standards.
Create scalable processes for company growth.
Manage and process all types of customs entries including NCTS, T1, Export, and Import CDS entries and IPAFFS system.
Ensure efficient workflow management and service delivery.
Implement and optimize remote working processes.
Essential Experience & Skills: 3 - 5 years hands-on customs management experience.
Deep understanding of AEO procedures and maintenance.
Expert user of: Descartes e-customs
Destin8 and CNS systems
Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel)
Provide mentorship and technical guidance.
Ensure team productivity and maintain high-quality standards in a remote environment.
Coordinate workload distribution and manage performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
The Modern Team Leader We're Looking For: In-depth knowledge of CDS declarations and handle complex customs entries, customs regimes and procedures, and documentation.
Tech-savvy with strong digital leadership skills and Experience in remote team management.
Strategic thinker with growth mindset.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proactive and self-motivated.
