Customer Support Executive We are looking for an experienced and customer-support executive to assist our client, a fast-paced fin-tech.
This role will see you working with a fast-paced team offering support to clients over email and phone.
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
We are looking for someone confident speaking on the phone and dealing with both external and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do In this client-facing role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:Assisting members with queries over the phone and other contact channelsUpdating internal systems accurately and efficientlyProviding clear, accurate information to ensure members' questions are fully addressedAdopting a customer-focused approach, demonstrating strong listening skills and understanding client needsCollaborating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experienceWho You Are We are looking for a candidate with a blend of administration and customer service experience.
To excel in this role, you will need:Experience in administration and a strong background in customer serviceA client-centric approach, with excellent listening and communication skillsThe ability to address client needs with patience, empathy, and attention to detailExperience working in financial services is highly advantageous The working hours are 9am - 5pm with an hour lunch break and the pay rate is £18 per hour + holiday payTiger is B Corp Certified.
