The Role:  This is an entry-level role, perfect for individuals with a passion for creating exceptional experiences for people and helping small businesses to succeed in an incredibly competitive business world.
As part of our mission to drive growth, you will be helping UK-based businesses set up and activate our payment card terminals and business growth tools.
The primary focus will be on ensuring that clients are successfully onboarded and activated, working closely with the sales team to meet goals and KPIs.  You'll be responsible for guiding clients through the process, from paperwork (KYC and merchant verification) to software setup and terminal activation.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed and verified.
Conduct activation calls to help clients set up their software suite and payment terminals.
Provide minor technical support, with a dedicated tech team available for complex issues.
Track client progress and ensure they reach key milestones, such as transacting within 90 days.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive activations and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Metrics: Activation Rate: Percentage of clients who complete the onboarding and start using the terminals.
Retention Rate: Ensuring clients stay engaged and active beyond the first 90 days.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
Preference given to people with following Qualifications: Strong proficiency in British English.
Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the UK market.
Base-level technical skills and comfort with software and hardware setups.
Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Slack, and G Suite.
Why Join Us: Base Salary of AED 6,000 - 10,000 (GBP 1250 - 2200) / month, depending on qualifications, experience and skills OTE of 12,000 - 20,000 AED per month.
(GBP 2500 - 4200) Health insurance and flight tickets included.
