Customer Success Executive

My client is looking to expand their Belfast based team with a Customer Success Executive. Role Overview: In this position, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor who understands client needs and identifies new sales opportunities within existing partnerships. Negotiate effectively to secure contracts and product opportunities that align with both client and business goals. Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to support business development (some travel within the UK may be required). Share expertise with colleagues and support the development of junior team members where appropriate. Develop in-depth market knowledge, staying informed about customer, industry, and market trends to anticipate needs and uncover growth opportunities tied to the organizations product offerings. Provide product support to client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Oversee the onboarding of new clients, coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth integration process. Monitor business activities and provide accurate, timely reports to clients and the customer success team. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to deliver new opportunities and ensure client satisfaction during product updates or rollouts. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be: Highly motivated and open to new challenges and responsibilities. An excellent communicator who can engage empathetically and confidently with senior stakeholders. Passionate about customer success and thrives on client interaction. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Qualifications and Skills: Academic Background: A degree in a relevant business or IT-related field (2:1 or equivalent preferred) or significant experience in a related sector. A-Level results of three grades B or above are desirable but not essential. Essential Criteria: At least one year of experience in a client-facing account management role, preferably in a technology, consulting, insurance, financial, or utilities-related sector. Proven experience managing and growing multiple B2B relationships in a target-driven environment. Strong analytical abilities for interpreting data and making informed decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Demonstrated ability to learn independently. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting in person and virtually. Desirable Skills: Experience in IT, e-commerce, fintech, or financial services environments.
