Job Title: Lettings Agent Apple Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a growing property management company based in South Belfast.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, full-timeLettings Agent to join their team.
Specialising in student rentals and HMO accommodation, they manage over 500 properties and are market leaders in the area.
Salary: £24k-£30k (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with 6 Saturdays required between the last week of July and first week of September (remunerated for extra hours).
No annual leave granted during peak period (end of July to mid-September).
Responsibilities: Provide customer service in the office and via phone, including handling admin duties, rental payments, repairs, and viewings.
Conduct property viewings, inspections, and check-offs.
Oversee end-of-tenancy check-offs, contractor coordination, and deposit returns through the tenancy deposit scheme.
Manage property listings online and update property websites.
Coordinate fire safety and gas checks and maintain relevant records.
During peak periods (Aug/Sept), work additional hours with extra compensation.
Requirements: 3rd level qualification in a property-related field or 2+ years' experience in property management.
HMO student lettings experience preferred.
Clean driving license and own vehicle essential.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment with problem-solving skills.
Strong admin, organisational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
