We are excited to be working with a VC-backed HRTech scale-up looking to hire an exceptional Customer Success Associate into their London headquarters, to own their existing mid-market & enterprise client relationships.
Funded by high-profile backers, they continue to invest heavily in their teams in 2024 following their Series B fundraise in 2023, and see now as the perfect time to level-up their account growth team.
As Customer Success Associate you will work closely with the wider commercial team, operating in a role heavily focused on value articulation, building deep and lasting relationships with your client stakeholders.
This hire will ideally spend 2 or 3 days a week in-person with the rest of the account growth team in London.
As Customer Success Associate you will: Foster and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, establishing yourself as the premier expert on industry trends and the company's offering.
Clearly convey the products value, manage expectations effectively, and proactively resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Gain a thorough understanding of your clients' organisational structures, business cycles, and needs.
Proactively handle renewals, identify accounts at risk, and use insights to drive adoption and engagement.
Work closely with the wider commercial team to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
