Customer Services Officer

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Services Officer.This role will be a minimum of a 5 month placement in Sutton Council's Customer Experience Contact Centre, the ideal candidates will have the following skill and experience.Role requirements: Contact Centre and basic business administrationDealing with a variety of resident enquiries for services offered by the local authority eg Waste Services, Homeless and Highways.Managing complex calls and emails in a professional and timely mannerFlexible hybrid working including a minimum of 1-2 days in the office after training.Desired skills and experience: Excellent verbal and Digital communication skillsExperience and confidence in using contact centre technologyExperience in a local authority environmentExperience in customer service environmentLocal knowledge of Sutton Area would be beneficialPLEASE ONLY apply if you have the necessary skills, experience and expertise.
