Role Overview : We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join the Metering team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in managing and analysing energy data from smart metering systems to ensure the accurate collection and processing of usage data.
Key Responsibilities: -Engage with customers and industry stakeholders via phone, providing assistance and resolving inquiries -Manage and troubleshoot technical queries related to smart meters -Liaise with third-party agents to resolve customer issues and ensure prompt follow-up Skills needed: -Proficiency in IT, with strong database and Excel skills -Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to customers in a clear and straightforward manner -Previous experience in the energy/utilities sector or passion for the Renewables industry Details: Salary: up to £30,000 Location: Hertfordshire 5 days a week onsite Working hours 8am-5pm
