You will engage in in-person presentations, conversations, and lead-generation activities to increase brand awareness and market share with customers who reside, work, or shop in the Watford area.
Responsibilities: Brand Representation: Serve as the face and voice of our clients, embodying their values, ethos, and brand identity in all customer interactions. Strive to exceed customer expectations and leave a lasting, positive impression of the brand. Customer Engagement: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations. Create personalised experiences that make customers feel valued, heard, and appreciated from the initial point of contact. Product Knowledge and Training: Undergo comprehensive training to become proficient in representing client products/services with confidence and transparency. Shadow experienced professionals to learn effective lead-generation strategies and customer acquisition techniques. Lead Generation and Conversion: Proactively generate leads through engaging conversations, presentations, and promotional activities. Cultivate relationships with potential customers to drive new customer acquisitions and contribute to revenue growth. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring resolutions are satisfactory. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and represent brands. A positive and proactive attitude towards customer service and problem-solving. Good time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet customer needs efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
