Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Route Two, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
Your role will involve providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and supporting our sales team in delivering tailored energy solutions.
You will help customers make informed decisions while ensuring their experience with our brand is positive and memorable.
  Key Responsibilities: Customer Support and Engagement Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Listen attentively to customer needs, offering tailored energy solutions and information on our services.
Provide exceptional service, resolving customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Sales and Solutions: Assist the sales team in promoting our energy products and services by explaining their benefits and value to customers.
Help identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to improve their energy efficiency.
Track and follow up with leads to ensure customers receive the best service and attention.
Administrative Tasks: Accurately record customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system.
Maintain a well-organized database of customer information for future follow-ups and sales opportunities.
Assist with general office duties, including managing incoming orders and scheduling consultations.
What We're Looking For:   We are seeking a passionate individual with a customer-centric attitude and a strong interest in the energy industry.
Our ideal candidate will have: Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (please note that we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visa holders).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and explain products clearly.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A genuine interest in sustainability and energy solutions.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not essential).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
