Job Description Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor - Monday to Friday (No Weekends) \n Are you enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused?
If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor !
\n About the Role \n In this inbound customer service role, you will manage 150-200 calls daily , providing excellent support and building rapport with customers by: \n \n Resolving queries over the phone.
\n Setting up payment plans.
\n Up-selling products and services.
\n Creating new customer accounts using Five9 phone system and their management program .
\n \n Key Details \n \n \n Hours : Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
Hours are fixed and cannot be adjusted.
\n \n \n Workwear : Smart/casual attire.
\n \n Holiday : No leave permitted during the first three weeks of employment.

\n Commitment to commuting to and from work, whether by driving or other means, as punctuality is essential.
