Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Executive at byellie.
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing customer service processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Building processes to ensure a clear smooth returns and refunds system is in place while working with our 3PL, you may also have the opportunity to take on other areas as you work within the start up culture.
Managing This role is located in Tadworth with the flexibility for some remote work, an exciting time to join a fast pass growing company within the beauty space around ambitious growth minded individuals.
Qualifications Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support Customer Service and Customer Service Management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Empathy and patience in dealing with customers Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools experience with TT seller centre Hours: MON-FRI 10:00-15:00 Skills: Team player Ambitious
