We are currently on a look out for a dynamic Customer Services Executive to join our team.
You will work closely with our Head of Operations, leading critical day-to-day customer service, and playing a pivotal role in scaling the business to 8 figures of revenue.
Put the customer at the heart of everything we do , respond efficiently to email and phone enquiries from other customers
Convert customers via online chat, instagram and email
You have worked in a customer service role another business
