Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Glasgow office and help drive our sales efforts.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with product knowledge, answering their inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
You will play a crucial role in building relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via in-person to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Record customer interactions and manage sales leads using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and improving customer experience.
