As a Customer Service Advisor, you will: •Deal with customer queries via inbound calls & emails taking a member first approach, ownership and resolution of whatever the query may be.
•Manager customer call backs whereby a first-time resolution couldn't be provided.
•Maintain up-to-date & accurate customer information.•Be able to adapt your approach based on customer needs.•Offer best advice through account reviews ensuring customers are on the right product for them.•Deliver sales through service having great conversations, at the right time, with existing members and customers.
•Promoting the benefits of being a member along with looking to convert any non-members to become members.
•Identify customer experience improvements & escalate appropriately.
Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need: •6 months contact centre experience – desirable.•The ability to hold a great conversation with our members.•A can-do attitude along with a solution focussed mindset.
•Flexibility to support across the customer service team.•Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally.•A desire to learn new things and to be able to retain lots of information.
•GCSE Grade A-C English & Maths What can we offer you?
