We are currently recruiting for a team of Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Worcester.
Onsite or Hybrid / Work from home available.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for the UK's leading company in its sector. The role is Customer service led, answering incoming calls, via web , online instant messages & emails. You will be fully trained over two weeks onsite at the main head office in Worcester to enable you to be able to deal with basic customer enquiries and troubleshoot issues they may have that can be resolved over the .
you will also work on your own initiative using your knowledge from training to decide if an engineer is needed to be booked out. You must be able to deal with various customer issues and have a thick skin attitude for those rare occasions where a customer may be disgruntled. After your two weeks of training, you can decide to continue to work from the contact centre within the head office based in Worcester or you can work from home using a company laptop and headset. Interviews will be taking place before Christmas looking to start in January.
Hours and Pay: 40 hrs per week.
Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm (typical hours are 8am to 5pm) .
Working 2 in 5 Saturdays hours between 8am to 5pm.
Working 1 in 5 Sundays hours 9am to 12pm.
£12.06 per hour.

To provide 'World Class' Customer Service 2.
To aid accessibility allowing us to answer all customer interactions presented to us 3.
To work in-line with our company ethos "Warming lives, protecting our future" KEY DELIVERABLES: ? Capturing, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of customer data is met adhering to GDPR ? Handling all relevant incoming customer interactions, via / Online chat / social media ? Dealing with customer queries, issues and advising on the best services available ? Remote Troubleshooting utilising problem solving skills and persuasive communication.
? Booking appointments for maintenance and repairs if required ? Resolving customer queries and complaints Skills: • IT literate, with good numeric and written skills. • Can communicate with people of all levels.
• Quick thinking and able to problem solve/use own initiative within a pressurised environment.
• Flexible with excellent attendance and punctuality • Customer service skills in any setting (call centre environment is advantageous but not essential) • Customer orientated, reliable, dedicated, and self-motivated.
• Ability to cope under high-pressured conditions, achieve team and individual targets.
Previous experience in a customer service role/environment would be advantageous.
ADDITIONAL TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Providing technical advice • Ordering literature • Mailbox training with the potential to progress into Live Chat & social media.
