The Role: As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing the highest possible level of service to existing and potential clients of the agency.
Taking the time to fully understand their needs, probe for gaps in existing covers, and ensuring that you are always protecting their current and future interests in the way that best suits their personal circumstances.
Responsibilities: Providing exceptional service to our existing customers in the provision of all our products and services including policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, responding to queries and actioning policy changes.
Arranging and providing appropriate advice on general insurance products ensuring customers have the best policies to cover their needs.
Identifying and actioning opportunities for cross-sales for existing clients to contribute to the growth of the Agency, including introducing Financial Services products.
Processing payments from customers in line with relevant policies and procedures.
Skills and Requirements: Previous experience delivering excellent customer service is essential.
Previous experience working in Insurance or Financial services is desirable.
Previous experience in a highly driven and ambitious targeted sales role is desirable.
Own transport and full UK driving licence.
Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong IT skills especially Microsoft Office.
