We are excited to be hiring for experienced Senior Residential Children's Support Workers to join our client's service based in Herne Bay, Kent.
This is a Residential Children's home, EBD 4 bed home, specialising in the care and support for young people, promoting independence and protection.
Consideration will be given to experienced Support Workers who wish to progress!!!!!

Main duties: To assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to in achieve the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose and uphold the organisation's Mission Statement and Values To support and manage the staff team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people To undertake direct work with children and young people as appropriate To ensure each shift is planned and resources allocated To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people To offer supervision and support to staff in line with National Minimum Standards and as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager Senior RSW position requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, Equivalent, Children & Young Peoples Workforce 1-2 years of working within a Residential Ofsted environment- preferred Experience of working with children and young people ages 8-18 years with EBD Have experienced challenging young people Strong knowledge around Ofsted regulations Ideally hold full UK drivers licence If this is of interest to you, APPLY TODAY!
