Customer Service Administrator - FMCG Are you a dedicated and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone and email, providing expert assistance and resolving issues.
Process orders and manage invoicing efficiently to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries in our database.
Collaborate with various departments to support sales, chase quotations, and assist in business development initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
