As a multi-site Company, we operate production facilities in Belfast and Antrim utilising the very latest printing technologies to provide safe and responsible packaging for some of the worlds largest brand owners. We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team , who will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. The role will involve internal and external support in the management of Huhtamakis supply activities and will be coordinated by the Account Manager. There will be specific requirements to be the liaison point for multiple supply chain stakeholders involved in our rapidly developing business Essential Criteria: Experience in a customer focused environment Holds at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics Excellent communicator and presenter, both verbally and written Good computer literacy across a range of packages Innovative, decisive and resourceful in problem solving and process improvement Flexible with regard to working hours Flexibility to travel to other sites and locations as required to meet the demands of the job Focused and results oriented Ability to work in a demanding environment Ability to build key working relationships both internally and externally and with customers and suppliers Desirable Criteria: Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
