What you'll do The Consumer Journey Testing Specialist will be responsible for the communication of their initiative plans to their business stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress and serving as the main point of contact for all consumer experience testing.
The role will share and collaborate with the wider Testing & Go To Market team to ensure inputs are captured and aligned.
Success in this role requires strong planning and prioritization skills in a fast-paced and sometimes unclear environment.
You will ensure that proactive, adequate testing resourcing is in place for all initiatives assigned and escalate any issues to the Consumer Journey Testing Manager to mitigate project risks.
You will work efficiently with internal stakeholders, understanding and supporting their business goals.
You will own the end-to-end testing process, this includes requirements gathering, creation and business approval of test plans, creation and approval of test journey execution plans, resourcing & assets planning, defect & issue management and governance and progress reporting.
You will have the ability to identify and manage roadmap / execution risks, challenges, and dependencies, proactively intervening to remove roadblocks.
Who you are • You will have knowledge of customer journeys from requirements gathering through design, testing and deployment • You will have experience of collaborating across teams to resolve customer journey/experience challenges • You will have proven experience of proactively managing stakeholders • You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines with high accuracy • You will be competent in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
