This role will oversee all aspects of recognition, from programme design to implementation and measurement.
The Culture & Recognition Manager will work closely with People & Culture teams, Central Functions leaders and In-Market leaders to ensure that recognition initiatives align with our purpose, cultural aspirations, and strategic goals.What You'll GetPeople are at the heart of what we do here, so it's essential we provide you with the right environment to perform at your very best.

Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:Conduct discovery research and stakeholder engagement to understand what great looks like across Primark in relation to RecognitionDevelop and implement a new global Recognition strategy - forming a key part of our overall culture strategyPartner with departments and global markets to advise on Recognition initiatives unique to their specific context, challenges and in-market strategyCollaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, business partners and suppliers to create and design new content, tools and Recognition solutionsWork closely with the Internal Comms team to develop a compelling comms strategy for Recognition initiativesWork closely with the Head of Leadership & Culture and Culture Activation Specialist to continue to embed our Values & Behaviours globallyWhat You'll BringWe want every person in our organisation to feel like they're making a key contribution.
Here are some of the experiences and skills you'll need for the role:8+ years' experience in reward, recognition, culture and talent focused rolesExperience in designing and operationalising Recognition focused solutionsAmazing people partner who can influence and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of leadershipPassion for people development and creating positive workplace culturesAbility to prioritise and evaluate competing issues, working with and through othersResults orientated, able to ensure timely delivery in a changing environment, and able to deal with rapid change, complexity and ambiguityDoes this sound like you?
