Job summary An exciting opportunity have arisen within the Radiology department at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for a Band 6 CT Radiographer to work within the CT team.
The radiology department also includes the provision of plain film, A&E, theatre services, MRI and fluoroscopy/interventional radiology.The Radiology service is dedicated in facilitating continuous professional development and role extension/advanced practice.
There are more than 30 Advanced Practitioners within the service, with specialist experience in fluoroscopy/interventional radiology, ultrasound, CT, MRI and plain film radiographer reporting.
Main duties of the job This post is part of the collaborative initiative of the Community Diagnostic Hub program.
Although the successful candidate will be employed by STHFT, there will be an expectation of collaborative working across the Tees Valley in the future should the need be required, however this role is primarily for STHFT CT services, the successful candidate will join the CT rota for STHFT and work across all CT service sites.
