This is a Permanent role and we offer a salary of 11.60 per hour.

You will work alongside the Manager and Senior Support Workers in supporting our young adults to progress positively through receiving encouragement understanding care and patience.
We are looking for Support Workers with some of the following ss and attributes: Right to Work in the UK Are willing to work as part of a team and within protocols and guidelines Have worked with Autistic adults but not essential as full training provided Have a high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery Have a level of fitness that enables participation in activities as part of agreed programmes Although not essential a clean driving license would be advantageous Strong Communication Ss A Good Listener Patient Kind Caring and Empathetic Support Worker Education Service Manager
