About the Role This role is the first CRM hire at Béa, and you will be responsible for creating the foundation for how we build and manage our CRM to create brilliant user journeys, both pre-purchase and post-purchase.
A key part of this role lies in delivering customer-centric insights to the product and commercial teams to drive strategy.
Béa is at a critical point in product strategy, and the insights from users are key to driving multiple decisions across the entire company.
The CRM Marketing Manager role is predominantly responsible for managing and developing email as a key marketing channel to drive engagement, conversion and retention.
Email is a critical communication channel at Béa, operating both as a marketing channel for pre-purchase prospects, and a retention and support channel delivering a key part of the product experience for post-purchase families going through a Béa Treatment.
This role will also be responsible for reporting on key results and marketing KPIs across multiple channels, analysing the data and making recommendations to both external freelancers and the Béa team.
Responsibilites & Outcomes The CRM Marketing Manager role has the following key outcomes for 2025: Create, test and iterate an email marketing strategy through each stage of the funnel to successfully drive engagement and conversion.
Ensure Béa's tone of voice, positioning and visual identity is communicated consistently and effectively across all email communications.
You will work with external design resource to develop brand assets for email campaigns.
Create a CRM strategy to engage customers and drive retention and engagement through the main phases of the Béa Treatment.
Implement internal processes to track engagement and retention from marketing campaigns, analyse the data and report performance insights with recommended improvements.
Oversee performance through key marketing channels beyond email (PPC, Meta and organic), providing guidance to freelance partners who are responsible for driving engagement through those channels.
Report to key stakeholders and the team on all marketing KPIs, working with external and internal marketing contributors to gather relevant information, analyse the data and make customer-centric recommendations.
Ad-hoc general marketing activities across other channels, as required.
What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including setting up, managing, and optimising email marketing campaigns.
Proven experience in driving revenue through email for eCommerce brands.
Ability to manage multiple marketing channels, report on performance across those channels and provide recommendations for performance across those channels.
Proficiency with AirTable (or similar database system) to capture customer data and generate useful insights to drive customer-centric decision-making in product and commercial strategy.
Proficiency in using data to inform decision-making, track performance, and optimise campaigns.
Experience creating highly targeted email campaigns based on available metrics to maximise engagement across all stages of the marketing funnel.
High proficiency across the full marketing tech stack (AdWords, Analytics (GA4)), with a proven ability to deliver performance reports, track KPIs and monitor performance across multiple marketing channels 2 years experience in a mid-level marketing manager role Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
