BD CRM Analyst - Elite US Law Firm - Hybrid Working Working for one of the most outstanding US law firms who have an incredibly strong London office.
A pivotal role for the firm, you will be integral part of the wider BD team which is over 200 in size globally.
This role comes with great exposure across the firm as you will be supporting a variety of senior stakeholders within the business.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role include: Actively championing the firm's CRM system by organising training sessions, creating clear user guides, providing continuous support, and empowering staff at all levels to fully leverage the system's capabilities.
Managing and executing e-marketing campaigns for assigned regions, from delivery to performance analysis.
Supporting data analysis and the creation of powerful and compelling reports and presentations summarizing data for the firm, which includes assisting with preparing and delivering reporting for the firm's leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Supporting internal communication and collaboration efforts to ensure the programme delivers value and supports revenue goals, working closely with Business Development teams across the firm The firm are keen to meet those with a keen eye for detail who pride themselves on their analytical approach to their work.
