Credit Risk Modeller- Senior Analyst

InterQuest are supporting a well-established retail bank with the search for a Credit risk Modeller to join their team as a Senior Analyst.
Key Responsibilities: Develop credit risk decision models to inform lending decisions using tools such as SAS, R, and Python.
Analyse and manipulate large datasets utilizing advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning, to construct effective models.
Present analytical insights to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Identify and propose solutions for emerging risk issues, shifting priorities, and potential conflicts.
Draw conclusions from your analyses and proactively recommend further actions as necessary.
Qualifications: Experience in credit risk analytics, with a focus on model development.
Proficiency in building models that adhere to internal guidelines and policies.
Strong expertise in using SAS for data manipulation; familiarity with R and/or Python is a plus.
